Leveraging the Harvard Alumni Network
Establishing connections comes naturally to some people; for others it’s more difficult, and yet it is a crucial skill at any career stage. This interactive workshop reveals strategies essential in this economy and provides five easy tips for breaking the ice and networking effectively. Nancy Saunders, Associate Director of Career Services for Employer Relations and Internships, Office of Career Services opened the discussion followed by a workshop led by Ellen Reeves AB ’83, Ed.M. ’86, and the author of Can I Wear My Nose Ring to the Interview: The Crash Course on Finding, Landing, and Keeping Your First Real Job.
